This mod will allow you to offer up free, downloadable products on your site and let people check out with just those in their cart.  It will bypass any normal payment gateways you have setup and give them link to generate their download email.

From now on, if you want to offer free products, you still get to take advantage of CubeCart's registration.  This serves multiple purposes.  For me, when I revise any of my software, I have a module that will notify all previous purchasers of a given mod that there is a new version available for them to download.  They are given a new download link through CubeCart's existing download system.
BTW, that mod is available for purchase by contacting me directly at the moment.

I did this by modifying only two files.  I tried to use as much of CubeCart's existing code as possible.  I believe I succeeded in doing that.  :o)
